MAJOR HONOURS
Over the years the club has played host to more than 50
major championships and matches, including the men’s and
ladies’ Home Internationals, the British Ladies’ Amateur
Championship, the Welsh Ladies’ Championship, the British
Youths’ Open Amateur Championship, the British Seniors’
Amateur Championship, the Welsh Amateur and Professional
Championships, the Club Professionals’ Championship, the
British Boys’ Championship and both Senior and Ladies
European Tour Events.
In 2013 the Club hosts the Jacques Leglise Trophy and will host the
British Girls Open Amateur Championship in 2016.
The honours boards in the clubhouse show the name of 昀椀ve Open champions,
昀椀ve Amateur champions, an American Amateur champion, a Masters champion, a
Canadian Ladies Amateur champion and countless Welsh and English champions.
