PRE - ARRIVAL
If any of your booking details are incorrect, or change before your visit please let
us know. Also, confirm final numbers seven days prior to the visit to avoid being
charged (see terms and conditions). Any outstanding balances can either be
paid in advance by phoning the club office on01766 780361 or on the day at the
Golf Reception. We only accept card payments for golf operations and food and
beverage payments.
REFUND POLICY
If you cancel your booking more than 28 days before your date of play, you will
receive a full refund of your green fee. For cancellations less than 28 days before
your date of play you will receive a credit.
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g.
restrictions or bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee
or another day to play; however if you fail to cancel your booking, you will not
receive any refund/credit.
CATERING
We advise you to confirm your catering requirements in advance.
PRE BOOK BUGGIES & TROLLEYS
Buggies can be in high demand at peak times, if it is a requirement of your round,
please reserve them beforehand. There are a number of buggies for hire along
with hand trolleys and electric trolleys. These can be reserved by contacting the
pro-shop on 01766 780 361 option 2.
PRE BOOK CADDIES
Local caddies are available by prior booking. Please contact the Pro Shop
01766 780 361 option 2.
